This course will give students skills to lead themselves and others for future leadership positions. Students will learn methods to enhance personal development, team building, and group dynamics. This course contains nine modules, which address agility, communication, ethical behavior, digital fluency, interpersonal skills, lifelong learning, problem-solving, resilience, and service motivation.

Leading Teams & Groups Course Objective​
​
Leading Teams and Groups is a period of instruction for those entering into positions to begin leading others. This course will teach leadership essentials critical to interacting with others as a supervisor or to being placed in charge of a project. Participants will hone their decision-making abilities, learning to navigate complexities with confidence and precision. Moreover, the course will explore strategies for fostering team accountability ensuring individual and collective responsibility for goals and outcomes. Finally, participants will master the art of influence, understanding how to inspire and motivate others toward shared objectives. This course aims to equip participants with the leadership acumen necessary to thrive in today's dynamic and collaborative work environments through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and dynamic discussions.

Leading People Course Objective​
​
The Leading People Course is a period of advanced instruction for employees who want to build competencies in specific components of organizational management. Participants will learn advanced leadership levels as it applies to both mentorship and strategic-level teams. Employees will design their own tactics, techniques, and procedures to provide counsel and practically apply advanced leadership skills to their organization regarding human capital management, diversity, equality, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A), managing conflict, and helping others.
